Top Reward Determination. The Executive Producer Grand Reward will be awarded to the eligible supporter with the highest total amount of completed contributions actually received during the campaign period. Contributions will be counted from the campaign launch date through the earlier of (a) 96 days after launch or (b) the date the $45,000 funding goal is met. Only completed, cleared, non-fraudulent, non-refunded contributions made during that period will count.

Multiple Contributions Count. A supporter’s total may be made through one single contribution or multiple separate contributions during the campaign period. All completed contributions from the same verified supporter account and identity will be aggregated.

Tie Breaker. If two or more eligible supporters finish with the same cumulative contribution total, the reward will go to the supporter whose final qualifying contribution was completed first by timestamp.

Campaign Terms

• This is a reward-based fundraising campaign to support the recording and promotion of original music.

• Contributions are made in support of the project and the rewards described.

• Contributions are not tax-deductible unless explicitly stated through a qualified nonprofit arrangement.

• Funds raised will be used for album recording, production, engineering, mixing, mastering, music video production, travel, promotion, reward fulfillment, transaction fees, and related project expenses.

• Project timelines are estimates and may change due to scheduling, health, weather, production needs, equipment, or other reasonable factors.

• Attendance-based rewards are subject to studio availability, safety requirements, scheduling, and professional conduct.

Eligibility Terms

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be a U.S. resident unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Must be legally eligible to receive title to a motorcycle in their state

• Must provide valid legal name, address, and reasonable identification required for title transfer

• Must complete pickup and transfer requirements by the stated deadline

Motorcycle Reward Terms The motorcycle reward consists of a 2014 Harley-Davidson motorcycle owned by the campaign organizer, with title available for transfer. Transfer will be completed in compliance with applicable law. The recipient is responsible for pickup or transport unless otherwise agreed in writing, insurance, registration, licensing, taxes, title fees, inspections, and any other ownership or transfer costs not expressly stated as paid by the organizer. The motorcycle is awarded as is, where is, with no warranties except good title held by the organizer and authority to transfer ownership.

If the recipient is legally unable or unwilling to complete the transfer, fails to respond by the deadline, or cannot satisfy eligibility requirements, the organizer may award the motorcycle portion of the reward to the next highest eligible contributor.

Fraud / Chargeback Protection

• Only successfully processed and finally settled contributions count toward reward eligibility.

• Refunded, reversed, disputed, chargebacked, fraudulent, or canceled payments do not count.

• The organizer may verify identity and payment information before issuing any top-tier reward.

• Any attempt to manipulate the campaign, use false identities, or interfere with payment processing may result in disqualification from reward eligibility.
